Hi Folks, meet our team!

Nealy – Community Sales Director A Vermont native, Nealy has been with Skinny Pancake since 2009, starting in our Lake St. location as a Manager and Art Coordinator. In 2012, she moved into Love Local Catering as Sales and Account Management, before becoming General Manager. As The Community Sales Director, Nealy works with guests to achieve their event dreams. Whether it be a 200 person wedding or a local fundraiser held at one of our locations, Nealy is here to make it happen.During her free time, she enjoys family and friends, creating leather products under “Found and Foraged”, enjoying live music and taking in all of Vermont’s delicious offerings. Her absolute favorite Love Local Catering dish is the Butternut Squash & Pumpkin Ravioli!

Rylee – Event & Sales Manager This new kid on the block has been with Love Local Catering since the spring of 2017, but she’s no stranger to Pancakia. Growing up in Montpelier, VT she’s been a long time fan of afternoon crepes and cheese curds in her “hometown Skinny.” With a background in event planning and design, Rylee joins our team as our Event Sales Manager! Rylee has had the chance to jump in feet first to the summer swing of Love Local Catering – from working with guests on their menus to singing along to Shout! at every wedding this year. Trying the menu items has been one of her greater joys – and she can’t say she has just one favorite. But her favorites to recommend to new guests? The sun-dried tomato and scallion cream cheese stuffed wontons and, of course, the Chubby mac and cheese!

Will – Head Chef He’s more behind the scenes, but we know his food is often the star of the show! Will is our Catering Chef and he has been with us for 6 years now. You can find him working in the kitchen, creating the meals that give our guests a real taste of that local Vermont flavor. When asked, what his favorite part of working with Love Local Catering is, he says, “Inventory…just kidding! One of the best parts of being with Love Local Catering is having the ability to help people make a menu that keeps their event unique and special. For weddings, we tend to get a little more freedom in making the menu, and it lets me be creative in the kitchen. That’s always nice.”One of those menu items (that we know is a fan favorite too,) is the Seasonal Beggar’s Purse, that is Will’s favorite. And when he’s not in the kitchen in the summer, you can find him on the softball field. He’s the MVP of the Skinny Pancake team!

Colin – Catering Operations Manager Colin Nohl joined the Skinny Team in 2017. He moved to Vermont in 2016 with his wife and two dogs and took a position managing Food and Beverage Operations for Stowe Mountain Lodge. For anything beer, wine or spirit related Colin is amazing. He’s a certified Cicerone and an experienced winemaker. He spent a season making wine in Saint-Émilion, France. After his time in France, Colin switched over and became a professional brewer and the General Manager of several award-winning breweries in New Mexico and Colorado. Colin’s been working in the food and drink business since he was 14, he has managed many award-winning restaurants all over the southwest. When he is not working to make sure events and weddings are running smoothly he can be found on one of the many Disc Golf courses in Vermont or hiking/cross country skiing with his dogs, Mason and Barley.
